I’d like to make the dish or drink along with the presenters. How do I know what to buy? 
Recipes and shopping lists are located on this website. If you are in the Houston area, you may purchase a three-course dinner kit from Backstreet Cafe for $39 per guest ($29 for vegetarian per guest). Kits will include salad, entrée and dessert ingredients. Kits must be ORDERED by Tuesday, March 23 and PICKED UP between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 25.

I am not able to participate the night of the event.  How can I be involved? 
We invite you to bid on our silent auction items! Our silent auction will be open Friday, March 19 and end on Thursday, March 25 at 9 p.m. All proceeds from the silent auction go toward student scholarships. 

When will I receive my link for the event? 
Zoom links will be emailed to the registrant’s email at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 23.  If you have not received your link, please call Reba Haskell at 713-743-2347 or Wendy Evans at 713-743-2607 for assistance. 

When will I know what silent auction items I won? 
You will receive a summary of your winning bids by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 26. You will be emailed a form to complete your purchase.   

How do I pick up my silent auction items? 
Items will be available for pick up at the Hilton University of Houston. Paper certificates and gift cards can be mailed upon request. Items must be picked up by Wednesday, April 28. 

What if I need my silent auction items shipped? 
We would be happy to ship your items to you via UPS and will add the cost of shipping to your final invoice. Please note that we are unable to ship any wine or alcoholic beverages.
