Phil is a senior with an emphasis in beverage management and a minor in beverage management and marketing. He completed his beverage internship at BB’s Tex-Orleans, where he assisted in re-creating the restaurant’s training program and cocktail menu. He has also gained experience working internationally in the coffee industry. Prior to the pandemic, Phil was part of the team at 8th Wonder Brewery. His most recent industry stint was with City Cellars HTX, where he was in charge of the beverage program. Phil is a Conrad N. Hilton College Ambassador and the founder and president of the Mixology Organization – a subgroup of the Texas Restaurant Association- Cougar Chapter. In the fall, he plans to pursue his graduate education.
